Article from Foxnews: Fifth Grader Suspended for Wearing Anti-Obama Shirt

Dann Dalton of Aurora, Colorado feel his sons freedom of speech is being violated because the school his boy attends suspended him for wearing a shirt which said, “Obama is a Terrorist’s Best Friend.” The boy was asked to turn the shirt inside out or get suspended. He chose suspension. Brilliant. I feel Dann and his son Daxx should sue the shit out of that school…

You see, Aurora Frontier school asked the school children to wear red, white, and blue to show their patriotism for our country. And what better way to show your patriotism, than to spew false negative political rhetoric to your fellow students – students of the fifth grade (11 years old). We have come a long way in this country, we should be so proud in our kids and the guidance they have been given…

I wish Dann Dalton was my dad because I know he would allow me to be a free-thinker, he would guide me down the path of open-mindedness, and allow me to make educated decisions based upon an understanding of what every side stands for. You see, Dann Dalton is a man of values. Dann Dalton does not believe in manipulating children by using them as a vehicle of hate and discontent. Dann Dalton is a pillar of American patriotism. Thank you for your wisdom dad, I love you.

Seriously though, when Dann adopts me I want to change my name to Don. Err, I mean Donn. I love that name and the two “n”‘s really set you apart from the rest.

I was gonna leave a comment, but it just wasn’t scathing enough…I’ll try harder next time!

Good to know what I’m up against as a thinking person, curious that people still don’t really understand what freedom of speech is (or most of the Constitution for that matter), sad to see that this dad has all but guaranteed that his son will be like him in some of the bad ways.

Note – your cred goes down when you have typos (e.g., descions).
